Quality shoe selection. Although both employees told me On Cloud men’s don’t start until size 9 to persuade me to another brand of shoe that was in the 8.5 that I needed. On clouds don’t start at 9. They start at 7. Blatant dishonesty is a poor strategy for business

I bought a 200 pair of Remonte winter boots, when I was checking out the man who helped me and the manager told me I should also buy some cleaner to go with these boots so without checking the label and just trusting them I bought what they recommended for those boots... come to find out when I get home they sold me boot cleaner that can only be used on leather, not the suede that the boots I purchased are made of. Very unimpressed with this management, trying to get the most out of people is a disgusting attribute and shows how untrustworthy they are.
