We purchased a brand new Generac 70kw unit from this location and had them servicing it (Jeff Cooper). We’ve had 3 power outages and the unit has never turned on. Spent over 30,000 on unit including installation. The last time unit failed, they billed me over 300 to fix it even though it’s still under warranty. We clearly made a mistake using this particular company for our generator needs.
