I have lived at the Eve at the District apartments for over 3 years and I absolutely loved it! The location is amazing! Everything is walking distance, the shops and the restaurants. The building is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I had the best time living there and the leasing manager Kristina is the most amazing person! She is always very helpful, caring, and always so full of positive energy! I would definitely recommend this place!

Best place to live in Miami, FL. Your in between the Miami Design District and Midtown Miami. Mind you, I am five mins away from south beach. Happy to call Eve at The District My Home.

I just recently signed a lease for a 1/1 and was assisted by Kristina and Chris from the leasing office. This has been the most pleasurable experience working with them both on finding my next apartment. They both went above and beyond to assist me with finding a unit and price point that fit my budget. I had already heard great things about the building from friends, but now I got to witness for myself just how stellar the management team is! I usually am not a fan of Rental buildings, but the building seems very well maintained and clean. Thank you again for being so responsive and easy to work with, I am counting down the days until move in this February!

Kristina at the leasing office is amazing! Always very nice and accommodating with everything without making me feel like a complainer. She should be running the place. Seriously, she makes it feel like home here despite the apartment being run by a big corporation. Plus any recommendations you need, she knows someone and is happy to share. And during Covid she is super safe and careful and makes me feel good.

We had a very good experience living here. Kristina was excellent to deal with and she helped whenever possible. I believe that they put in a great effort to keep residents safe as much as possible during this challenging time. Location is great with an easy access to shops and restaurants. Cons: Some neighbors were noisy and rude about it...yeah not cool.
