I've been attending concerts at this venue for more than 20 yrs. The bartenders have always been great, the security attentive & no matter where you are sitting or standing you have a great view of the stage. I've never had a bad time there & that's why I keep going back.

Please don’t make my mistake and review other places before impulsively buying tickets here. They upcharged the concert ticket prices by A TON and charge exorbitant fees (“delivery” fees when it’s emailed to you electronically???). There are no refund options. Please look elsewhere before buying your tickets here. They will rip you off.

Company refuses to refund tickets for events that are re-scheduled in excess of one year. Unlike its competitors that offer a refund for events re-scheduled in excess of one year. This forces customer to become long-term uncompensated and unsecured creditors. This business practice may be legal but is utterly unethical. Even if/when legal, it’s a legalized Ponzi scheme. If this company cared about its customers, it would change its refund policy. A class-action lawsuit waiting to happen.
