The driver of the tow company was nice enough guy, although they did charge 250.00 for a 12 mile tow, I was told "We can't take a credit card right now because no one is in the office, just cash, I can drive you to a ATM". Later I received quotes from other tow companies no higher then 125.00. If this helps someone. Cool. Lesson learned. ;-)

My vehicle was towed by this company due to an accident. The vehicle is non operable and they want to charge to get my personal belongings and pay them to junk it. Totally against the law. I guess I need police escort to get my things out of the vehicle.

I called AAA for road side assistance and this company showed up, quicker than expected. All I needed was a jump like last time and afterward I noticed my radio was not working as it did moments prior leading up to the jump. I called AAA back to inform them of the issue and they sent the company back. The company refused to check their work, refused to show me the work they did, worker refused to provide their name/ID, failed to acknowledge/check/fix the problem. The jumped worked but the process caused a mechanical issue evercare has failed to correct. The worker refused to even stick around while I was on phone with AAA trying to figure things out. They fixed a minor issue and forced me to handle a more expensive and time consuming matter.
