I bought a new camping trailer here in April 2019. James Roberts provided excellent service! He custom ordered the vehicle exactly the way I wanted and made it an excellent purchase at nearly 30% off MSRP. Service was top notch even after the purchase when a couple of minor warranty items needed to be addressed. If you are looking for a new or used RV, I would highly recommend James Roberts and Apache Camping Center.

We were traveling to Washington from California last June when we decided to visit your dealership and check out your inventory. That's where we met Sales Associate Chris Engelhardt. Friendly and knowledgeable, we immediately liked him. Long story short we ended up buying a beautiful used travel trailer from him. Back home about a week later we discovered a problem with the trailer that was going to be an expensive repair. We loved our ew\ trailer and were just sick about it needing a major repair. We were back in Washington in November and decided to call Chris to see if anything could be done. Andy from the service department called us back promptly and made arrangements for us to bring it in right away even though the service department was all ready booked up for two weeks. The trailer was repaired and washed, no questions asked, no charge! They said it was o problem\ I know better. They really stepped up and took care of it! I recommend Apache Camping Center to everyone! They're a five star RV dealer that's worth driving 1000 miles for!

We bought a travel trailer in December 2020 from the Portland location. We live in Seattle so recently tested it out locally then had to re-winterize it for the remainder of the winter. The Everett location was incredibly friendly and as a thank you to a new buyer didn’t charge us for the service. Hearing so many negative stories about the corporate giant RV sellers we are so grateful we went with a smaller locally owned operation. Apache has been wonderful!

It is not often you feel obliged to write a 5 star review for a company you didn't actually purchase something from but in this case they have earned it because of Don Minteer. I/we had never gone RV shopping before and were prepared for the standard high pressure sales pitch. Don was a breath of fresh air. While we ultimately decided to hold off on buying a trailer, his informative/non pushy approach will make him the first and only stop if and when we decide to jump into the market in the future. Nice touch having little bags of Cheetos for our kids on the way out!
