Gregg was very courteous and knew his stuff. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and we suspected it was the damper. Due to Covid19 it seemed nearly impossible to get a repair person. Gregg got it working. The service charge plus part was very reasonable and everything seems fine now. Would definitely recommend.

Gregg was on time, very knowledgeable of our Maytag dishwasher and respectful of our health by wearing a mask. He applied the reasonable (70) cost of his initial diagnostic visit towards the 2nd visit when he came to install the new front panel. He also suggested an alternative, lower priced front panel that was slightly different color and over 100 less than the exact color match and it looks just fine to us anyway. He is straight up honest and is our new \Go-to\ appliance guy.
Always happy with their service. We have had them repair appliances for us for several years now. Dependable!
