Rude Customer service ( don't see how in hell they have a job). As I'm writing this I just transferred all my assets to Discover Bank. BECU has absolutely nothing to offer. If you go inside it take so much time in line, If you go to the ATM's there's people waiting.

I’m kind of like Mojo Nixon—the only banks I’ve ever really liked are Ernie Banks and the banks of the Mississippi and Columbia Rivers. BECU has ALWAYS treated me right, and I will never go back to conventional banking again.

Rude people, uncaring company, and policies so bad they make banks look like caring establishments. I'm going elsewhere, and I suggest others do, too. Not to mention, they're \we want to hear more\ schtick is a scam. They don't even listen. It's just a way for ten to back up their poor policies and disgust with people not in a high enough tax bracket.

The credit union is definitely better than most banks. I just wish they didn't have so many people hanging out around the parking lot and entrance trying to sell you stuff to fight past. It looks pretty bad every single time I drive by there now.

This bank is a joke. My sister has this bank and it’s nothing but trouble, can’t even transfer money into another account using her debit card when Chase can. The app is also a pain. Bank somewhere else people, not worth it.
