Zero, zero stars! They don't know the law and are saying incorrect things each time I visit. At my last visit, I was trying to sell my car with a salvage title, but they were telling me that the buyer needs to go to State Patrol before buying. How is a buyer supposed to take a car they do not yet own to State Patrol? I tried to clarify multiple times but they were set on their answer. I ended up going to another office where they handled the transfer without any issues and didn't send the buyer to State Patrol. I felt really offended, especially because people around me were laughing because I had to ask them 4 times about how can a buyer take a car they don't own to State Patrol. Even the buyer, who was with me, was trying to clarify with them to no avail. I will never return to this office.

Professional attention
Have a great experience with them every time I used them for my personal vehicles, so now we have them take care of the licensing for all our fleet vehicles. Great and friendly staff that makes the process quick and pain-free. The place also has a really warm and inviting vibe that doesnt give you that dread and dullness of most licensing agencies. Would highly recommend you use their services!
I was at Beverly's Auto Licensing this morning. I have to say that these ladies are great. I had a complicated transaction. They knew just how to accomplish what I wanted done and at the same time were looking out for my best interests by telling me the cheapest and most efficient way to do what I needed done. :-))
Form the minute you walk in the door at Beverly’s it is clear that they are not like other licensing agency’s. This place was built to serve with plenty of room and enough staff to handle the customers. Licensing or transferring a title can be a frustrating transaction especially if you don’t have the required paperwork. I have never had a bad experience here, and I appreciated the help with I had issues transferring a title in a complicated estate purchase. The last thing i wanted to do is be a burden on the family that has a loss and with a little help form this team I was able to make the paper work easy for all parties. Thank you,
