Great people that make everyone feel welcome. They are taking full precautions with COVID-19, so if you don’t have a mask, call ahead and they will have what you need ready so you don’t have to go inside.

BMC delivers materials and does work for several developers that are building houses near me. Today a driver brought a long trailer attached to a crane truck that was hauling trusses. Their drivers come into a neighborhood, park in no parking areas, then lie and say they have permits and the County rules do not apply to them! I called Public Works and was informed that all traffic rules do apply to BMC drivers! The County put up no parking signs so drivers on our street can see to safely get off our road. Some of their drivers are arrogant, and verbally aggressive. Poor customer service.

Overpriced. Terrible customer service. They don't even know what they stock in house

Pretty unimpressed. They didn't deliver properly kiln dried materials. Everything molded even though it was covered under tarps during rainy periods. Terrible customer service. Too slow to respond. Studs were very low quality. Not sure they really care.

They are over priced. Customer service is terrible, they quote you a price a little cheaper than everywhere else over the phone. Than you drive an hour to get there and they dont even honor there quote, and they wanted more than everywhere else and wouldn't even match pro builds price so I at least didn't have to go to 2 lumber yards
