What a bad experience with the staff of the hospital! What a unprofessional secretary’s, security and nurses!!! Someone needs to take care of those that are unrespectful. I’m really upset with the way that me and my mother were treat this morning! I won’t be coming back to this hospital! And I will find a way to contact a geral CHA supervise to talk about my experience and the unprofessional staff!

I went in with my goddaughter who had a rock in her knee and they took forever to see us as she was in a lot of pain. I guess they didn’t see it as an emergency. Her wound was pretty deep didn’t think we would of been waiting for almost an hour to be seen. Unbelievable!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at the Emergency!! Although I was really sick, the doctor took a quick look and told me to go home and treat it with HONEY! The other day, I went to a specialist and I actually had a SEVERE INFECTION, treated with antibiotics. I could have DIED because of their medical negligence. I hope I never have to come back there.
