I drove up to the dealers drop off area, gave Kai my key fob, signed the work order, and 1 hour later my car was done. It doesn't get any easier than that. Because my vehicle only needed required/recommended servicing and because Kai said it should only take about an hour, I decided to wait in the waiting area which was spotless and had the furniture spaced apart for social distancing. I was very happy with my visit there.
