I was a tenant at The Carvel property for 2 and a half years. We moved out in September and just NOW received a collections notice for 1300 for replacement carpet which WAS NOT necessary. DO NOT rent here under any circumstances. Below are pictures of Black Mold that caused two severe sinus infections during last year. By the time we left it felt more like low income housing more than 'Garden Style Living' Horrible experience.

Total waste of space. This is one of the \THE\ worse property management companies in Washington State. I do not know how they stay in business. I have lived on properties managed by this fee management group and they're awesome. If you go to rent an apartment, make sure you ask them who the management company is and if you find out it is managed by Coast----run, run, run, away as fast as you can and go some place else. I could not move out fast enough.

Any time I’ve had an issue or problem at my building they’d get everything resolved faster than I would ever have expected. It definitely makes for a quality living situation. Plus, they allow pets.

I have learned so much since I started working here. Working on the ground to help manage some of CPM’s properties has taught me a lot about the importance of proactive communication and interpersonal relations. I feel like these skills will be valuable for the rest of my life, regardless of the direction my career takes.
