The motorhome had no issues on our across country trip. It ran great had plenty of power and pulled the hills with no issues. The employees at the rental location were helpful and pleasant. If I had any issues it was with the cleanliness of the motorhome when we picked it up. There was a little smell to the unit from the past renters and there was a drink bottle and sticky areas around the front driver and passenger areas. A few minutes of clean up and it was not that big of a issue. Thanks for a great vacation with a reasonable expense overall.

Affordable price, reliable RV service, clean RV the second time but dirty the first time. Desk Staff is inpatient and overworked.

Rented for one way special to CA in Dec for 11 nights. overall nice experience, front desk lady Sharon was very nice and helpful. The overall RV was good but the refrigerator broken 2 days later. The road assistants provided the reasonable compensation. But be frank, the road assistants need more job training since they basically have very little knowledge about the RVs even the variation of curise America RVs is very limited. I definitely will rented it again.

I was so pleased with how smooth and easy renting from Cruise America was! They were great help booking over the phone, and picking up was easy. They were very helpful and ready to provide assistance on the phone during our trip. Drop off was even easier! I would definitely book again!

An out-of-state medical emergency had me scrambling for suitable transportation. Was happy they quickly found me a ride! I would rent from them again. Oh, u are welcome to leave your car there, but know that there is indeed a daily charge.
