Great place with great products. I might be a little bias. I work there, 30 yrs. We try our best . Skylights, Aluminum and Glass Railings, Sunrooms and more. Yes, and we do custom.

I have two decks with the CrystaLite cable railing system. While the stainless steel cable and components looks nice, the engineering design and material used in manufacturing is basically incompetent. For example, the \Turnbuckle\ (TB) component for tightening the cable has no means of relieving the friction between the swaged cable within the turnbuckle and the interior end of the turnbuckle cap. As the turnbuckle is tightened, the cable within no longer slips, and so it is twisted to the point of failure. Similar is true for other components used to tighten the cables. The soft stainless steel can be easily cross threaded, and allen wrench on TH end can strip. Replacement parts are extremely expensive, with limited availability within an apparently controlled distribution. 20 for one TH & FSTT combination, needed to terminate with tighten capability at one end of one cable!

Everyone was helpful and quick. The lot setup is confusing, so I'll explain it. The \Ally\ that they say to go down has \Do not trespass\ signs all over the place so you might think that you shouldn't go down there but that's where you go to pick up stuff. From the outside looking in it looks like it's just a big yard but when you look at maps you can see the ally way.

I had purchase 3 CrystaLite skylights for my home in 2013. All three have Solarsmart openers including a 10ft x 10ft custom skylight in our sunroom. This year (2019) all 3 skylights failed to open. I contacted Solar Smart and they identified that new batteries were required and even after 6 years of ownership they still sent me the batteries at no additional charge. Truly impressive customer service. Thank-you!
