I have been associated with Elevate Billing Solutions for one year. They have been very effective in reducing my past due insurance accounts receivable down to 1%. The communication between Elevate and my staff is efficient and friendly - working cooperatively to achieve the common goal. My staff is less stressed and have more time to devote to patient care and relations. It has made a huge difference in my bottom line and of course while my office was closed for two months during the pandemic, Elevate was still working hard. I was most thankful for the unexpected benefit. I have nothing but positive comments for a company I just happened upon while searching for an insurance coordinator to work in my office. They are well worth the investment and pay for themselves in multiple ways.

They truly care about their employees and providing amazing service to the dental practices that we work with. I love getting to work with dental offices all over the country, and developing relationships with the dental staff that I support. It is very rewarding to help practices improve their insurance collections and other goals. The EBS staff work as a team instead of independent contractors and it allows us to provide an even higher level of service and knowledge.
As the practice administrator of a growing dental practice, I found myself spread very thin. We researched many Billing and verification companies and were not satisfied any anyone other than Elevate. At Elevate, they truly desire to keep things in your office running smoothly and alleviate anxiety caused by insurance. At our onboarding call, they listened to how our office likes things and tailored their forms to what we were used so there was a very short and limited learning curve! Insurance concerns are a thing of the past! my collections are healthy and I am now able to focus my attention on growing my practice. I have come to truly enjoy the team at Elevate. Another plus is that i have access to each person individually so i don't have to go through a robot or extension system to reach a specialist- and it's the same specialist every time.
