Cannot see the parking lines especially in fall with all the leaves. Needs cleaned up. Lots of homeless debris. Doesn’t feel incredibly safe.

Plenty of parking right next to the buses and train station. Lots of greenery looks very nice. The down side of this parking lot is it is one block away from the men's homeless shelter and they tend to hang around as well as I've seen on several occasions people going around looking in cars. Keep your valuables out of sight or out of your car in general.
