Four Seasons Roofing has been my go-to roofing contractor for 5 years. They have replaced 12 multi-family building roofs so far and repaired roofs on another 4 properties. Each time they have provided clear estimates, accurate time estimates and quality workmanship. I trust Travis’s advice on roofing and have great confidence in his team’s craftsmanship. Only one new roof developed a leak and the team was back on the job immediately to take care of repairs under warranty. Great team!

Four Seasons replaced our leaky roof and made other improvements on my house I just purchased during COVID-19 for 26k. They did a great and fast job! Now I don't need to worry about water leaking through indoors or ruining the wood anymore. I got a 50 year warranty. It was great they could do the emergency work even during the stay-at-home order. I was happy they replaced sheathing that was not up to code, replaced or sistered any wet, rotted, or moldy wood, added missing insulation while the roof was open, replaced uninsulated bathroom exhaust vents, added missing baffles, improved the previously lousy flashing, added more vents, and gave a consistent black top for each vent, instead of the shiny chrome which I think stood out too much. Also, they gave me an estimate to add a porch roof which was great, although I ended up not going for it. Thanks for the high quality work!
I choose Four Seasons Roofing to replace my roof and fireplace chimney based on price and warranty. They were not the cheapest I found, or the most expensive, but the warranty was excellent. During the replacement process, each time the installers encountered an issue a senior rep from Four Seasons immediately came to my house to discuss the situation and solutions/options available to me. Each step was done in the most professional way, no shortcuts! A few months later I did have one minor issue arise. After contacting Four Seasons a repair rep was sent within a few days. Without going into detail, I had arrived at 3 possible resolutions, 2 of which were less desirable. The tech didn't even propose these 2 and went straight to the A answer; even taking a trip to Home Depot to get the material he needed. All in all, I have to hesitation in highly recommending Four Season Roofing!

We have called upon them to handle unexpected repairs and received rapid responses each and every time. The employees are very pleasant and provide us with details of the repairs and other observations they make while they are on the roof. They provide us with photos to support their observations and recommendations. We highly recommend them to handle your roofing needs and concerns.
