Roger is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but he is also one of the nicest, most professional guys I've met. Each time he tunes or works on one of our pianos, it goes from sounding and feeling \okay\ to sounding and feeling perfect. He gives a piano \the magic\. The quality of his tunes are second to none!
Richard was here today tuning up a 100 year old piano that was given to me for free. He said it likely hadn't been tuned in 30 years! It now sounds so awesome! His fee was EXTREMELY reasonable considering what a valuable service he provides. Now to learn how to play!!!! He's super friendly, an expert at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! He's also very socially conscious and cares so much about his community as I do which makes me which you could go higher than 5 stars!!!
