I cannot say enough bad things about this management company. They have zero interest in helping people, because what they say they are doing and the observation of what they are doing are two different things. Just go around and look at the complexes they manage. Beachwood, Park Place, are just two of these. Look at the grounds. Look at the trash. Look at all the cars parked along the walls and in other people’s parking spaces. OMG---look at all the pets on the property that have to be unauthorized since I know from experience you have to get permission to have a pet and every time I turn around someone new has a pet has a pet has a pet times three! Do NOT live in a complex managed by this management company.

I spent about 6 years with Housing Hopes, housing program. I Should have stayed until I was done with school, but nonetheless they were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to help my family. I got certificates that were helpful with everyday life challenges, as a low income mother, among other helpful classes. I also received training with Ground Works landscaping, and got hired on. Housing Hope staff helped me with focusing on what I needed to, for my future. They help me through some of my darkest days; I will never forget those who helped me.

Lived here for several years in High School with my mom. Office accused my family of dealing and do drugs. We were probably the only ones living there that WEREN'T doing drugs. When we lived there, my mom was the only tenant who made it out without losing her kids to CPS. I was accused of having broken into a neighbor's house when I was clear across the water in Clallam County. Most of the people there were on drugs. Our has was NEVER clean enough for the office. We hired professional cleaners and they still said ot clean enough\ Thankfully we made it out. This was over 10 years ago and it still irks me driving past there.

Housing hope was my saving grace at one point in my life but I learned very quickly some of their property managers do NOT play by the rules. From claiming you didnt pay rent when you did to making up rules that are supposedly in the lease or the rules but no one can seem to find them. And if you move out, you better make sure its end of the month or they'll throw an absolute fit. Be very, very careful with housing hope and keep every single paper and every email you ever get from them. You'll need it when they claim you're violating the rules. I seriously wish someone had told me before I went into their program
