Had a fantastic experience working with Stephen from JHB :). Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and friendly. Needed a general contractor on short notice, and JHB was fantastic. Look forward to working with them again in the future.
JHB Construction did a kitchen remodel and a bath remodel for us. Their estimates were reasonable and they stayed on budget. I appreciated how well they kept the work site orderly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner. The people at JHB Construction were great to work with.
They did a pretty good job on our project. A solid B and I would hire them again for other projects. There was a little miscommunication here and there about a couple materials but they sorted them out and fixed it to my satisfaction. Next time I would make sure I had the exact model number/name of products (like heaters or faucets) or i would purchase them myself to make sure i had exactly what i wanted the first time. We got 3 quotes for the job (A bathroom remodel) and JHB was the middle price. Darryl listened to what I wanted and made suggestions but didn't try and push me into doing higher priced things that I didn't want to do, which I really appreciated. He was willing to work within our budget. They did a good job on our tile and overall I am satisfied.
I have had JHB do several jobs. A new cement driveway, a new toilet, leaking faucets and painting my house outside. I have been pleased with all the jobs and felt that I had been treated very kindly with each individual at the job site. They did a very satisfactory job on each project.
