I've been going to this Lowe's for years cause it's the closest one to my house. I've never been overly happy with their customer service, but I might start going to another location after this last experience. I wanted to buy some acrylic sheets and get them cut. No workers are in sight anywhere near the cutting station and there's no call button. I finally find a worker hiding out of sight in the back corner of another department and they try to find the one guy in the store who's trained to use the cutting station. Turns out that guy had just gone on break and I'm told to wait until he gets back. I waited 20 minutes and now the store is almost closing. Finally workers start coming out of the woodwork and noticing me and ask if I need help. Turns out the guy was never told a customer needed his help and now he's in the back counting inventory. The last worker to talk to me to tries telling me I should just buy the sheets uncut and cut them at home cause it's pretty easy to do. If it's so easy to do why don't they have more workers trained to use the glass and acrylic cutting station? The last time I tried cutting acrylic at home I didn't do the cut right cause I don't have a dedicated cutting station set up at my home. If Lowe's is going to offer it as a service in the store they should have more workers trained to use it.

Great help. I was stopped at the entrance and asked what I was looking for. I was told they didn't have the automotive section (therefore didn't have a reason to be there) So I left. I understand. Loss prevention is very important. So why 1 star rating? Life's full of choices.
