Barbara, you make a good point. If you look at the older reviews (pre October 2018) you can clearly see meddeeeeeerrrrrrr (aka medstar) taking credit that they do not deserve. Luz Runs the everett office and manipulated Justin and everyone else in yakima into thinking things that are not true and convinced them to drop the VA contract and many other private good paying contracts, they only do hopelink now. She is a nobody from Yakima. Low life. Lier, scum and she is solely responsible for the high turn over.

I go to dialysis 3 times a week and Mercy is there to pick me and take me home. I've heard from other people that it's hard to get a wheelchair van in Burien but Mercy does it. I'm very pleased with the driver and she's very friendly and respectful. You guys are the best.
Mercy transportation picked my husband up three times a week for a year. They were always on time and helped him in and out of the house and into the kidney center. They were so nice and even became really close friends with his driver! Highly recommended!
Thank you mercy! Today I went for my first dialysis treatment and I was nervous. They say that you get used to it but I’m so used to my own schedule that I was naturally nervous. Well, I tell you that mike, my driver, took all my anxiety away. He was so cordial and told me stories of all the patients he transports and that there is nothing to worry about! Mike was a great driver and the van was nice. I hope to use mercy every time and hope to see you again mike! Ps. Dialysis was not that bad .. I’m getting used to it now!!
Mercy is the best! Paula has been taking my son to and from appointments to UW Children's for the past six months. Never has there been an issue, and she's always on-time. THANK YOU MERCY!
