Paid for some steel. While waiting for my cuts, I realised i did actually need that remaining cut -off, so i asked to just add it to my purchase. The lady, Alison (a name you'll see here in many other complaints) has the nerve to try to charge me extra - Not a price based on what i had just spent there 2 minutes earlier.. Really? Fine, go ahead, treat paying customers like this and you will lose them ( Plus earn yourself another 1 star review). There are plenty of places to buy steel in this area, go somewhere else. These guy are over-chargers w/ a bad attitude.
