Mike, our cabulance driver was on time, courteous, polite and kind. He went above and beyond with his service, even making sure he didn’t hit potholes. Scheduling was a breeze. I cannot say enough about our experience with Northwest Ambulance!

Northwest Ambulance has been a great place to work! Fun, exciting and fast paced. The dispatchers are smart and quick thinkers. The camaraderie is great and people work together as a team in order to get ambulances where they need to go.

Northwest is by far the best company in the Northwest. I have been a critical transport nurse for over 10 years. I have worked for other companies and Northwest is by far the best when it comes to caring for their nurses and giving us resources to succeed. They recently purchased (they are not cheap!) Automatic loading stretchers for the CCT Nurse rigs to prevent back injury. This company places employee safety over cost. I feel like we get all the necessary support and recources we need to affectively and safely do our jobs!! I think we are valued and I am proud to be a part of the Northwest team!!
