Huge shortage of carts, waited 15 minutes for one. Staff doesn't follow safety measures. Needham store much better. Only reason to go to Everett is better selection of dried beans and flour.
First time at this one. So far pretty much like any other restaurant depot. However do research the route before you get here. Almost all streets are narrow and it's easy to get into a jam. Many it's like driving down an alley turning into an alley with utility poles on the corners. Slide axle up if you can and watch tail swing
Hate coming here , they don't honor the receiving schedule . They let trucks enter the exit gate as that's the one they open first even though it's a one way around the building. I always arrive at 615 first one in the proper entrance and never get a door till 745 at the earliest first appt is at 7 and that's what we schedule. Domino effects the rest of my day as every thing else becomes late
No carts for the past 20 minutes which means it is over capacity indoors due to covid restrictions. Not safe, managers need to take it seriously.
