On the 7th of August geico selected Ron Mayes towing to help with my car the driver scratched up my bumper he got very angry he did it he was mad at his self. he dropped my car and said I wasn't gonna touch it anymore I couldn't believe the service then 3 days later they needed to take my car somewhere else to the dealer the same driver picked up my car and dropped it off at a different dealership where he was not supposed to take it. and threw my keys in the weekend slot I couldn't get my car keys back until the following Monday. very bad service that day I gave it a try the 3rd time I have got good service from a different person at Ron Mayes and everything worked out OK.
Dale did an amazing job. Showed up on time, was professional, and cared about not damaging my car. Would use again, but hopefully won't need to. Lol.
Absolutely terrible customer service! I had called to find out how much it would be to get my truck out of impound and they quoted me a price and when I showed up the next day to pick it up they told me a price that was over 300 more! When I tried asking them about it they tried to imply that their lack of basic math skills is somehow my fault. This was after they told me that I did not talk to anybody today before apparently they had a ghost answering the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anybody ever.
My vehicle was parked illegally. Fine ok, I messed up and parked in a spot I shouldn’t have because I had my little kids with me, it was cold and raining, and there was no other parking available at our apartment. The charge to get it back was 475 plus tax after they had it less than a day! Ok fine “state law” and all that frustrating and annoying but not technically their fault I guess. But then when I called to figure out what was going on, they said to call when I arrived to pick it up. I did and they said “the driver is out on another call I’ll have them meet you, it could be up to an hour” Seriously!?!?!?!?!?!? Now I have to sit in the cold waiting for you to meet me and then pay you 500 to get my car back? You couldn’t at least have told me that earlier, or maybe let me set up a time when someone was available? Just because I’m at a disadvantage and I have no choice shouldn’t mean customer service goes out the window. I messed up, I put myself in this position, but the absolute lack of any semblance of even trying to care or provide customer service is appalling and ridiculous!!!
