We had a great experience working with R&R! When we started to notice significant cracks inside our house, we called several foundation companies. Cory, the owner of the R&R Foundations, came to our house, did the measurements, explained the settling problems and provided us with a clear solution on how to level and raise the house. Cory's confidence, honest and professionalism gained our trust and we decided to choose R&R immediately. On the site during the work, Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. They arrived early every day to do their job. They were very friendly and not only answered all my question but also communicated with us frequently about the progress of the job. They also helped us fixing all the doors after the house's been raised. These guys were really professionals, hard working, and super easy to work with. The work site was also cleaned up well after the job. Thanks to Cory, Mike, Danny, Cody and everyone else at R&R for such a great experience! I would highly recommend R&R Foundations and they are trust worthy.

Darien and his crew did an amazing job! I have a home with settling issues which was beginning to cause some real problems with flooring, wall cracking, doors that wouldn't close and finally a window that cracked due to the stress of shifting walls and framing. We wanted to perform some updates to our home and realized those efforts would be fruitless if we didn't first address the foundation. When we purchased the home we initially had a local competitor come out and they secured the foundation on one of these walls. That was fine. However, it did not fix the issue it just kept that area from getting worse. R&R Foundation Specialists actually lift the home and attempt to get it back to a state as close to level as possible. I was amazed to see what a difference lifting vs. stabilizing could make. We had an exterior door that was so skewed (at least 3/4 of an inch, the wall was almost 3 inches lower than the high point) that I had to insert a foam wedge into it otherwise you could literally see outside through the crack at the top. The framing was so far off that I assumed I would need to reframe the door even following the lift. This was not the case, to my amazement after Darian and team lifted the home that door became almost completely square again. I would definitely recommend R&R over others. The pricing per pile was very similar to the competitors that are only stabilizing vs. lifting.
The folks from were great!! They gave us a quote for a solution to our foundation settling at a reasonable price. Because it wasn’t a huge job they got a crew out to do the work on a Saturday!! Jim and his crew showed up on time and did a great job jacking things up and leveling our foundation!! I would use them again without competitive quotes in the future.. they were just that good!!
Cory came out and gave us an estimate in August of 2020 to stabilize and level our sinking foundation. His recommendation was to use helical piers. A few weeks later I got another estimate from Matvey, they wanted to use push piers and charge several thousand more dollars. I ended up going with R&R. It took around 5 months to get a crew out, but that's understandable with increased wait times due to covid. It only took 2 days to install the 6 piers and the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was very careful during the leveling and asked me before doing any thing that could potentially cause any damage to my walls or doors. When they were done my floor was level and you could barely tell they had been there.
R&R did a very large house lift project on the West side of my home. The team (led by Jake) was very communicative, always on time, (if not early), worked extremely hard, and did an excellent job leveling my home. I did not lose any windows, which I was concerned about. Before they left they took time to clean up the job site which was much appreciated. All and all a great job!
