No one ever returns calls as they say they will. Front office staff is rude and actually hung up on me when I told them they never got back to us with ultrasound results despite our numerous calls. The receptionist told me they did call but I let her know we had voice mail and called ID and nothing reflected they called ever. Best of luck to those waiting for an appointment or waiting to get information because it may be a long time. I wish I knew about the office procedures to hang up on their patients. Very unprofessional. P.s. As one can see, they also use a very generalized pre-scripted reply for every negative review. They uses this same pre-scripted reply on another review from someone named Sharon. I am sure this must be an automatic reply and not a very sincere response as the reply claims as it notes, they care concerned with the feedback and \value their patients.\ I beg to differ. How concerned are you really when you don' t even take the time to be original and or personalize every review? Hum...so very generic and still unprofessional.
