Today I dropped off a couple bags of women's clothing and an old radio. I never have to wait for a rep to assist. They're always quick, answer my questions and ask if I want a receipt. I've only brought my donations to this location, they offer electronic recycling, and I appreciate what they do for the community!

The manager and most of the staff here are absolutely awful. I heard horror stories about the manager Jo before coming in and now I see it for myself. My friends and I like to shop together to avoid bullies as we are medically exempt from wearing masks. We came here today and this woman lost her temper and started screaming for us to leave. Knowing that businesses have to make medical exemptions if they are open to the public, we stood our ground and they called the police. 5 cops showed up and no one was arrested, yet the cops weren’t even sure of if they were doing the right thing by kicking us out (for this miserable woman and her miserable team). We even showed them the written precise legislation indicating that what they were doing was illegal, and they were dumbfounded about what to do - yet everyone continued to discriminate and treat us like second class citizens anyway. We are accordingly filing complaints with the ADA for illegal discrimination. All that said, this is not a very impressive store to begin with, even though I was willing to support their business during these stressful economic times. They refused to sell me a sweater! Even though I had already tried it on.

Loved the store. Very organized. Staff was nice. I'm giving 3 stars and not 5 because they have a sign that says they are a drug free work place which means they require their employees to regularly do drug testing, including for cannabis. This means anyone who uses full spectrum CBD or cannabis for any medical reason would not be able to work here. I will not support a business who required there employees to take drug tests. Oregon just decriminalized hard drugs but here in washington we are still testing for cannabis? I wish this business well. They are clean and organized. Staff is nice.
