I had one good experience couple years ago, but this year was just awful - no response, not reliable to get in touch, call back or schedule an appointment. I won't waste my time in the future with VIPTAX.

If I could give Joyce more than 5 stars I would!!! Joyce is very sweet, knowledgable and professional. She made the whole experience painless. She is very knowledgable and very experienced. I asked some questions and he has very thorough with answers. She was so fast filing my taxes and even squeezed me in her schedule. This tax experience was pleasant and I left with a smile! Joyce did not disappoint and even gave me tips for the year ahead. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back next year.
VIP Tax group is exceptional!!! They are always willing to help in a timely manner. Maxwell (owner) always revises his employees work to insure accuracy in every aspect. We have been working with Max since 2013 and have had ZERO issues. Receptionist was really nice! Unfortunately, they were not able to assist me as I needed English to Spanish translation of a document. It would have been nice if they had specified on their website what translation services they offer.
Simply can't go wrong with VIP Tax. I have been a customer for few years and I am thrilled to have someone who I can trust and most importantly, KNOWS THE BUSINESS. Being a customer who previously resided in Massachusetts and moved to California, I have no doubt that I will continue to use them.
