Paid over 400 for a new iPhone screen and it’s complete trash. Dark colors are washed out and don’t look good at all. Not too happy

Very polite, they had the screen in stock for my note 8 when everyone else had to order it 3-5 days out. Repair went smooth. Had my phone and my business back online the same day. They were slammed with repairs that afternoon so it took them a little longer than they had hoped and price was about 150 more than competitors but I was happy to pay in order to get the same day service. I am very pleased overall with the service. Thank you guys!

My screen on my phone was broken after I dropped it today. I went to Batteries Bulbs to replace my broken phone screen. I had a bit of hassle trying to get replacement screen for the phone screen from Batteries Bulbs. I had to go to a different store to pick up the part and bring it back to get the phone repaired the same day. I got my phone back within 2 hours. Phone works great and it works even better before the screen was broken! They even fixed my volume control. The screen is much brighter and clearer before the screen was broken. Tip my hat to the great service and repair from Batteries Bulbs!

Mike and Nate were very patient and helpful. The battery replacement on my iPad went smoothly and was accomplished in a few hours, in spite of having to also complete work from the steady foot-traffic through the store. I was very pleased with the outcome.

To begin, it's annoying that I can only sign in with a google account! Beyond that, I turned in a coupon good for 10 off on my phone's battery replacement. When I paid, I did not get a detailed receipt but when I got home and checked the emailed receipt, I learned that I had received 10% off, not 10. Bummer!
