Management is good but still need to improve to avoid making upset mood for employees. Human rights and moral behavior are acceptable. No updating announcement related to payment increase up even all medium and large companies already announced clearly to increased up from 19-21 for entry level or starting cost. It’s completely fed up their employees at WorkForce Development Center. Q: how come both government sites and private sites pretend not to know and ignore offering big supports and public out the best model performance of DFDC? WFDC has done the best for building up too many skillful Human Resources across nationwide but it seems so less to get big support and best encouragement from both government sectors and private sectors. WFDC should get the Best Performance Award of being greatest model for other giant companies that rare to sacrifice anything to the whole nation beside earning big money. If WFDC can do better of taking good care for both permanent employees and new trainees. It will be the best working place that far better than other giant companies. Base on their limit of being nonprofit organization, so they put main focus much on new trainees instead of their permanent employees.

This company lies to your face about how your doing with your work! Even though I've done everything I could do exactly how they wanted it done. They also try to get you to join them by showing that its a 8 hour shift when really there on a grind fest going on for 5 months now of 10 hrs shift 7 days a week no weekends. There is people that will micro manage you as well. It's also a sweat shop no real ventilation even at night or enough heat for the winter. You'll be let go or fired if you take a break from there grind fest.
