I shopped for the first time here to get some boots for work. I wore them to work (inside) 1 time and had absolutely no traction! It was like I was ice skating. I tried to return them and get a different pair of boots less than a week later and was denied because I wore them...how am I supposed to know if they function for work if I don't wear them to work? Needless to say I won't ever come here again and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same.

Didn't really seem to want to sell me shoes yesterday. More interested in their displays, and straightening boxes out. So I tied my old boots back on and went down the street.
Buy my boots here for work all the time. One of my boots ripped behind the heel. This location of work n more refused to exchange them or refund them. They also continued to tell me I shouldn't expect any of their boots to last more than 6 months. When I was sold the boots I'm always told the Danner American made boots have a 1 year warranty yet. When you come back to get them warranties they do not honor their pledge. I will never buy another pair of boots here.
