Firefly and Zoom Yoga Why Zoom? Well, bringing a caring and talented yoga instructor in Colorado and an eager student in Ohio together required technology. Zoom teleconferencing worked amazingly well allowing Carrie to help me develop my yoga practice. AND I ended up with five personalized yoga recordings on my computer. Carrie and her wisdom are only a click away. Carrie brings a quiet confidence, deep knowledge, and caring approach to the party. I am energized!!

I have attended two retreats with Carrie at Firefly Community and I keep coming back; in fact, I am preparing to book my third retreat with her right now! Carrie is a fantastic yoga teacher, the kind that will make you feel fully relaxed and comfortable while still kicking your butt in a sweaty workout! she is incredibly knowledgeable about everything yoga, with the certifications to back it all up. She also offers a coaching program that guides you to become the best version of yourself by stepping into your personal truth and aligning you with yourself.
