The team made it a very smooth and painless process to scan hundreds of family photo and slides and digitize old videos. They are well organized and easy to access now! Our whole family has been enjoying reliving old memories.

I chose digital-only which was significantly cheaper than the other options. The process takes several weeks, but there was good communications as the tapes were evaluated (they tell you if anything is damaged, blank, or can't be converted), and again as scans were near completion. Site was easy to access and had good download bandwidth. Scans seem to be decent resolution and files sized were quite moderate, about 1.5 Gb for a miniDV tape. Tapes were returned with new labels matching the file names of the scan. I'd use them again.
Found a 35 yrs old tape cassette of my father talking and they were able to transfer to Dvd and make copies for my family. Great job and thanks!
