My EVGA product only lasted a few months, but it looks like they are going to issue an RMA to replace it, which is great, and the customer service I've experienced has been very good so far.

A friend recommended me this place as the “best place to see monkeys in their natural habitat in socal”. So i took my family there and to our surprise there were only humans at this location. 0/10 would not recommand. My son Braydyn cried all the way home in the car. Next time i will go to the San Diego zoo.

Good customer service, approved my RMA and got my replacement quick. The replacement GPU looked very clean, I saw no visible wear at all. However I feel -1 star is justified simply because the original card shouldn't have died in the first place, it *just* made it to 4 years of age, but some leniency has to be given since luck is a contributing factor here. All companies can make a specific poor product or even the specific unit could've been a short straw. Had I not luckily bought an extended warranty I may have been sol. Hoping this card lasts another few years at least by then time to upgrade anyway. For some extra nitpicking this card does seem to run a little warmer than my original. I'm not sure how well the thermal paste was applied nor how old it is. Come summer time I may disassemble and apply some AM compound to see where that goes.

Their customer service is a waste of time, and the \Step-Up\ program is a joke!

Would give 0 stars, wouldn’t recommend to buy their GPUs, why? My story: have 980ti from them guess what’s happen it sets my pc on fire, why? Cause like most of their cards has problems with power (no vrm cooling)(Google it) contact customer service: didn’t ask them to replace my card cause unfortunately its out of warranty, just report about hazard, get response that I shouldn’t worry that they make not combustible boards and it will not set my house on fire))) really? P.s so it’s up to you fellas do you want try that
