Owners and landlords be aware of the horrible service and business practices with The Eviction Company. I provided documentation to The Eviction Company to have a tenant serviced with a notice to vacate a week later and I am still waiting for proof of service. The only response from The Eviction Company was that I could have another Eviction Company have the Notice to Vacate served. I was told on multiple phone calls from a representative @ The Eviction Company that the Notice To Vacate had been served only to find out that it hadn't been. I'm happy to cut my losses before any court dates were scheduled I can't imagine going to court and The Eviction Company not being prepared.

Where do I start? This company made a lot of mistakes in my case which cost me thousands of dollars in lost rent. My former manager hired this company just because they are cheap. I'll give them that. You want cheap services then you'll get cheap results. Well, you get what you pay for. Take your money to a real eviction expert, not to this incompetent company.
