Boot fitting - excellent - got a wide foot with a high arch. The person helping me spent close to 2 hours with me - trying on different boots, finding the one that fit the best, heating and adjusting until the fit was perfect. Got assistance with new ski and binding selection based on my preferences. Afterwards had on-line chat during ordering when needed assistance on deciding on some sizes. Overall end-to-end wonderful experience.

First time to the store. Unreal service. Olivia knew everything there was to know about every product on the shelf. Walked in looking for a board..... walked out with new bindings and boots as well. The only sell quality goods, no cheap knockoff stuff that will break. No need to spend your money anywhere else.

Great people with lots of knowledge! Had a boot fitting that went beyond my appointment and store close time, they didn't mind! Just wanted to make sure i had the perfect fitting boot. Thank you guys love the new gear!

Outdoor activities, specifically snowboarding, have been a huge part of my life for a long time. I have shopped at evo online before and I love their customer service through their online store. However, I have never felt so unwelcome at a gear store before. After asking about sale items, the employees became quite snobby and pretentious. Other gear shops do not treat their customers as less than just for inquiring about sale items. Disappointed. EDIT: The manager has since reached out to me about this. It seems to have been a one off issue that and is not a problem that seems to happen often if at all. I just had bad timing. I have since returned to the store and had a quite a pleasant experience made right by the manager and evo staff. Very pleased. I was not asked to give this review a five star or to update.

Good storefront with the newest gear. I’ve picked up a few things at will call and from the storefront over the years, always had a good experience. Pic of clearance Dagon Optic goggles attached to my face.
