Great gym to train at! World class instruction, friendly people, and good mix of classes day and night. I was in town visiting and the team welcomed me in as if I had been training there for years. Great for visitors who are in Naples for a week, two weeks, or a month. Highly recommend Evolution. Thanks Keith, Cosmo, Kevin, and the rest of the team!
