These guys are AWESOME! They totally helped us find all the right tartans, the right sizes, and fantastic accoutrements to make our outfits ROCK. Formal and casual - they have it all. We will definitely be going back again and again.

While a go I visit the store to purchase a kilt, but they don't have my size (34 inches) they suggest to order a kilt my size and it took almost a month and a half to get it and right now I'm outside of their business and IS NOT OPEN. The website say is open only Saturdays from 10 am til 3 pm and is 11:30 am and is closed and when you call is ONLY a ANSWER MACHINE "NO ONE TO TALK" and have REAL INFORMATION

I Recently attended the PA Ren Festival where I saw the American Highlander kilt both. I was interested in a USMC kilt. The man was very attentive, hospital, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I was offered a specific price and discount for being a USMC Vet. I definitely knew I wanted it, but I was with friends and they were getting impatient. I said I would walk around and think about it Bc come back to make the purchase later when I got cash from the ATM. Needless to say I didn't get the opportunity to return to their booth. So I reached out via email and low and behold American Highlander said they would honor the price I was told by their vendor at the Ren Festival which was awesome and I definitely didn't expect it and I was willing to pay the reg price advertised on the web site. I'm super greatful for that. Since I would have either of had to pay for another ticket for the festival just to buy one thing and not attend the festival, or pay the reg price online which again I was ok with either option if I had to. So either way it would have been about the same price give or take. But I didn't have to because they decided to honor the price that their vendor gave me. As of now I have only had one experience with American Highlander kilt company and its been awesome and exceeds my expectations by far. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you again Matt Holmes and Chris Beyer for your help and awesome customer service with helping me with my first kilt buying experience. You guys definitely just made a customer for life. I will be telling everyone I know about how awesome you guys are. Thanks again and I can't wait for my USMC hybrid utility tartan kilt.
