Very friendly staff members. The prices are very reasonable and an all around good experience. One piece of advice, if you would like a snowboard waxing, which they do amazing, take it in a week or two before you need it to avoid a 25 dollar VIP charge. But you can take it in and pay an extra 25 dollars and most of the time can get it within 2 hours.

Absolutely the worst ski shop out there. Had skis tuned for a ski trip and they completely tore up the skis. Took them back to the shop and they denied they did anything wrong. Two other shops confirmed when skis are not locked in the sharpener the edged can be torn up. Never take anything to Langs for your skis. Its a waste of time and they have no clue how to fix or repair anything. Service is horrible all they do is deny and say they did nothing wrong. Stay away from their stores they do not keep do thing correctly and never take accountability for their errors

I went to this shop looking for a wetsuit and was assisted by a gentleman named Bob. Before visiting, I called to see what was in stock. He was very polite and helpful and set aside some options for me before I got there. The shop is very neat and tidy and they have options to order lots of products online if your size is not in stock. I happily supported this local business with a purchase by the end of my visit and would recommend people come here. They do rentals for skiing here too! For anyone worried about visiting a store during the pandemic, rest assured they are definitely on top of sanitizing and checking temperatures at the door. Products that were touched were also set aside so they could be cleaned or off the rack for a few days. I'd come back here for sure.
