Excalibur Hawaii is a great resource! I was experiencing some issues with my laser printer, but because of lockdown, I couldn't bring it in for repair. He was able to have me take a pic of a printed sheet and determine what was wrong. He gave me some advice on how to clean out a part of the printer and it was back up and running in no time! That's experience! Looking forward to buying some new toner from them soon.
