We had a home built by Excel Builders in a neighborhood they developed. The quality of the build was good and the time to completion was good as well. Our issued started once the job was finished. They have never come back to complete any warranty work. 3.5 years later now. My recommendation would be to avoid this contractor. There are many others to choose from.
