Great staff! Super friendly & down to earth & they all had masks on! Tom & Tommy were excellent & the other boys were too but i don't know their names. Very informative & excellent service ! They loaded ALL of our things on & off the boat. The boat was super clean & we had a great time! We would definitely use this team again!

Great customer service. The boats are very well cared for and meticulously cleaned. The young man spent a lot of time instructing us about the boat and the best places to swim and dine. Our family had a wonderful day on the lake!

Very friendly staff willing to help with everything from moving your stuff from your car to the boat (and back at the end if the day) to planning your route around the lake. The boats are in excellent shape and have always been very clean. The boats are big and could easily handle a larger crowd than we have ever put on them.

I can't say enough about the great experience we had at Bay to Bay Boat Club! We came in from out of town and had made a reservation to take a boat out in advance. Despite not-so-great weather, Tom let us know we could either cancel our reservation without charge or take out a boat and charge us only for the time we felt comfortable being out. We ended up being on the water for two hours and had a great time. Tom's team even filled up our floats and got us ice for our cooler! Highly recommend!
