Kate’s practice has changed my life! I cannot say enough great things about her!! Prior to Kate, I struggled with daily low back & nerve pain. Despite regular physical therapy, I couldn’t eliminate the pain and turned to acupuncture at the suggestion of a friend. I was apprehensive, having never had acupuncture before, but Kate put me completely at ease, listening deeply and walking me through every step of the process with professionalism and empathy. I was absolutely AMAZED at the results. After just a few sessions, I was free of the nerve pain that had limited my ability to be active or comfortable before. I now see Kate monthly, making her a part of my regular self-care. Her acupuncture makes such a big difference in how I feel and function. It honestly is the best thing I do for myself and worth every penny!

Before seeing Kate, I struggled daily with upper and lower back pain from sports related fractures and injuries and was skeptical that I would ever find relief. After just a few sessions with her, I was given much more than just temporary relief as my back began to unlock, allowing me to go back to my normal routine without feeling crippling pain. On top of that, I started getting better sleep and headaxhe reloed. Kate was able to provide me with so much more than just pain relief and I am extremely grateful to have been and to continue to be under her care.
