I drive from independence to excelsior just to go to this shop. I love them, they are well priced, great service, great people.

I had a car stolen and once the police found the vehicle it was towed here. After talking to the receptionist twice, I was told all I had to do was bring cash to get my truck. Once I got there I had to get a release for my vehicle which was an additional 2 hours worth of driving and work. Then after paying 360 to finally release my vehicle I was called a liar because I tried to pick it up on Saturday and they told me I could wait until Monday and the fees would be waived. On top of all that... I asked if the vehicle was in running condition and was told yes it’s working completely fine... Got a full 10 miles down the road for the vehicle to completely shut down.. Now waiting after 3hrs for another towing company to pick it up . It has been hell for me to work with them and I do not recommend anyone going through this company. I feel as if they don’t have the customers best intention.

Very dishonest group of workers. Long story short they charged for a lot of work that was never done on the car. I would highly recommend Recon Auto Repair that's also in Excelsior.

The whole staff is amazing. They give you honest answers on what your vehicle needs every time. I take all of my vehicles to them. They have always been prompt whenever I have needed a tow. I recommend this shop anytime I am asked about a good mechanic shop or tow service. Love these guys!!!!
