I don't usually write review but feel like this is the time for me to write one to express my positive experience at this office. Came in on Thursday 4/12/18 around 3:30pm to submit a required document. I was greeted by a male employee named Barnaby into the office. During the time i was there he did a great job explaining my questions regarding my benefits. When i was about to leave the office i was thinking about the great service he provided so I had to walk back to ask for his name. All i can day is that I was very happy with the service. Barnaby is a true professional woker of DTA office.

very efficient processing by the case managers. everyone is treated the same here. there is no favoritism. case managers are very understanding, be prepared for visits. answer questions truthfully when asked by case managers. job training is available here to anyone who needs assistance with job placement. listen to your number being called. take cell phone calls into the lobby. check in at the front reception and let them know what you are there for

According to my past experiences this office makes changes in processes frequently for the better, with the exception of workers declining to notify you after taking relevant financial information of determined food stamp amounts, and amounts of such being decreased, although previously eligible for more stamps when having higher income. When all other factors remain the same.
