This company is Top Notch! We had a monster of a tree that had to be removed due to the hazard of it being so close to the house. We were totally impressed with the awesome state of the art equipment they have. The work crews are so professional and friendly! They are very conscientious of your property and leave no mess behind. I 100% recommend AllScapes for any tree service you may need.

They just delivered several cords of wood. I found them responsive in that I called in June and they said that they would contact me in August when the wood was ready. They did so. When they arrived they were 15 minutes late. The young man who was driving started by apologizing for the tardiness. I had planned to make a comment and he addressed it before I did. I confess a bit of nervousness at the youth of the delivery man. The delivery was handled very smoothly and he took my needs into account as far as where I wanted the piles to go until I moved them. Professionalism and competence seemed to be part of their business model. I can't comment upon the wood itself until I move a bunch and burn some. Will follow-up later.
This company is one company that really puts there heart into the work they do everyone that works there is a pleasant person to meet
We had 3 large Norway maples we needed removed. Two were growing out of the stone wall along our property line and one was right next to the wall, so it was a challenging situation. Sean's crew really impressed us with their professionalism, showing proper attention to their own safety and to avoiding unnecessary damage to our yard. They were very polite in dealing with our neighbor when they had to go into his yard to control the swing of limbs as they were removed. The vehicle they use to access trees is an amazing thing to watch, but the skill of the crew as they worked is what assured me we had hired the right company. They did an amazing amount of work in just a few hours, removed the branches the same day, the trunks soon after, and even cleaned up all the bits. When a minor problem with the neighbor's yard was discovered, it was promptly addressed. We look forward to having Allscapes back to tackle the final multiple-trunk monster of a maple because we know they will again do a thoroughly satisfactory job.
Over two months since we said we wanted to hire them to remove a tree. No call back after many attempts to give them our business. They have not replied. Would not recommend because customer service is poor.
