My vehicle smells horrible, like cigar, my clothes now smell. I called today at 2 p.m., and they said they couldn't address my issue until tomorrow. Now I am stuck with a car that is giving me a headache, literally. Perhaps the person who was smoking in this car should pay for the next 40 days of rentals -- because this car is ruined until they can make it right. It's a brand new BMW 5 Series as well. This thing should be pristine.
